I have been involved with food since I was a 10-year-old kid where I had my own strawberry patch. I harvested and sold the strawberries for my savings account. In the summer months during my college years I worked for Libbey’s combining peas (in the fields) and cutting corn (in the factory) My work as a student supervisor in the college foodservice/catering department led me to my first “real” job with Saga Foodservice.
Since those days, I have worked for various catering companies both in Minneapolis and Chicago. Inspired, by far, has allowed me to put to use everything I have learned in my catering career. The events we execute are beautiful, the staff is extremely talented, and the team works hard to make every event successful.
