Driving factor that led you to this position & how you came to be with Inspired: I started with Phil Stefani Signature Events in 2010 as a Sous Chef in the commissary. A position needed to be filled in the FOH and they asked me to fill it. I said yes and have been the Director of Staffing for almost 4 years. I love working with and leading a team to success! Having a culinary education also allows me to work with both sides of the house, chef events when needed and also, my favorite, making family meal!
